I have heard many different things that people have done in lucid dreams. Anything from flying to baking cookies-but what I want to know is, what is the easiest thing to do that's most rewarding? I'm still sorta getting to the point of longer lasting dreams but once I reach that point I want to be able to do something. I'm thinking of something involving me shooting fire out of my hands...Anyway, these things are obviously imaginary, so how do you make them happen in the first place? I remember a few years ago I was trying to shoot a wave of energy out of my hands and people were laughing at me...I don't know what that was about.

It really all depends on what YOU want, I think. And how easy something will be directly correlates to how easy you think it will be. If you go thinking "Well I am going to try to shoot fire out of my hands and it's likely not going to work" then it's likely not going to work.

How do you make them happen in the first place? Well, I hate to say what others have said before but amusingly enough Yoda said it best: "Do or do not, there is no try". So the answer to your question is you just do it. Using your example of shooting fire out of your hands, which I have personally never done, it might help to lay out in your mind beforehand (I.E. While you're awake) exactly how its going to work. That is, envision yourself doing it. Do you want to shoot bolts of lightning, balls of fire, or blobs of purple energy? My point is, by envisioning it before you do it, you are more likely to get the results you want. If, on the other hand you don't want to predispose yourself to a certain type of result then you just need to go to sleep with the attitude that you are going to succeed. Then when you go to shoot the fire your brain will extrapolate information based on the knowledge it contains (IE images you've seen of people shooting energy balls in movies or TV, coupled with your own expectations) and then produce the result based on that. Of course if you believe in a much more magical explanation than that, that's fine too. That's just my opinion of how it works. The main point to take away from this is "believe it will work, and it will."

Now as for what is the best experience and most rewarding... that is completely subjective in nature. You just need to decide what you wanna do and then do it. I could list a whole bunch of things that I wanna do but they are just that. "Things that I wanna do"

haha those things usualy happen to me,and when i wake up i start to laught at my self lol

anyway, the best way to do a fier ball is to imagine how will the ball look, and how will it look when u hit somebody, and then the "i beleve" thing and u have it

u can do many complicated things like based on that method......

Oh yeah...when it happens it will be great. I don't know what it is with me and fire but hopefully I don't try too hard and blow my hands off. I want to try a lot of different things but since shooting projectiles (or whatever you want to call fire) doesn't require you to move around much I think I would have a much better chance of not waking up. If you have anymore to say let me know!

personally i think flying is one of the most rewarding things u can do. but it only happens if u believe it will. same thing goes for breathing under water and going through solid objects. changeing the weather and the colors of things telekinieses and changeing shape etc. in an ld u can do anything, so why not do it all? lol but make sure u focus on just one thing to do at a time or u might not remember anything when u dream, and end up just walking around
