Thread: Here's A Strange One

This dream happened to me some time ago but it still makes me wonder what it was all about.

I am sleeping and my cell phone starts ringing. I pick it up, look at the screen and notice that it is 4 am (about half and hour after I had gone to bed) and that it is my father. I answer it and he starts talking non sense so I tell him that I am going to hang up because of the hour.
After I do so I start wondering if I had locked the entrance door (something I do every night because of burglars). So I get out of bed, move out of the bedroom and go to the entrance room. When I look I see that the door is half opened and I freak out. I move closer to it and feel someone on the outside, so I open the room and a figure starts running down the stairs (I live on an apartment building). I ran after him and catch him on the level above. When I make it turn to face him, I see a chinese mandarim, dressed in a red and gold robe, with long ponytail and mustache.
I feel puzzled but in the next moment I wake up and I am back on my bed. "What a weird dream" I think and then afterwards I think that I should really go and check if the front door is locked.
I do the same series of actions but when i get to the entrance the door is closed, but....i see a figure standing on the living room, hidden in the darkness.
I go next to him and try to hold him but he does the same, so we are trying to grab each other's arms until I finally look at him and see someone very similar to me. So I ask him: "Who are you?" and he replies "who are you".
I realized then that I am talking to me, then it strikes me and I say: "I am having a lucid dream". My other me does not reply and we start moving back to the entrance where I see 2 women exactly on the same position as we where, grabbing each other's arms. Then I decide that the whole thing is getting to weird and I decide to wake up.
I spend some 15 minutes on the bed before I am sure I wasn't dreaming anymore.

You had a false awakening, strange dream, if you knew you were lucid you should've used it and had fun instead of wake up, maybe beat up the guy for breaking and entering .

I knew I was lucid but the whole thing was simply getting too strange and confusing, that's why I decided to wake up. 2 false awakenings kinda mess up your head.
