Emm helpers will you help me something which i can't explain.
Everytime i dream EG: i was in a plane.
I always forget to remainber that i am in a dream and i want to do wad i want.
But each time i enter a dream i seems to forget everything and continue my dream story.
i hope u all know wad i ment.

then the next day when i wake up. I said to myself why did i forget to control my dreams like shouting out loud wad i want.

And sometimes i get problems waking up meaning i am stuck in my dreams and i have to shake my head in my dreams many times to wake up.

      That's what's called a normal dream.
Keep on doing Reality checks and stuff, and eventually you'll get a lucid dream (knowing that you're dreaming and doing what you want).

      Good luck!

When your trying to wake up, you gotta know your dreaming at that point. So take control of your dream instead of waking up, and just have fun until you wake up.

If you aren't already, remind yourself before you fall asleep what you want to do. Say to yourself, "When I realize that I am dreaming, I will..." Make sure that that is firm in your mind. Then, when you become lucid, stop. Pause and remember what you wanted to do and then just go ahead and do it.

I've had a couple of LDs, though, where I've had no desire to change the dream, either because of something profound that is going on or just because I'm very, very amused. So I don't consider it a disappointment if I just go along with those

sounds to me like you want in concious/real life to have a lucid dream, but you think that by telling yourself now that you "want to remember to control your dreams" that will be enough to spark a lucid. this isn't the case. your dream mind and concious mind are, for the most part, seperated from each other. what you say in real life will not carry over to dream life.

my suggestion: start a dream journal right away if you haven't already. that'll get your dream recall up, because without dream recall you can't have and lucid dreams. after you got decent dream recall its time to train your mind how to recognize your dreaming. reality checks is a perfect way.

look through your dream journal for your dream signs and every time you experience something like that in real life do a reality check. if you're feeling lucky pick a random symbol like a heart ♥ and every time you see a heart ♥ do a reality check. this way, if you ever experience a heart ♥ in your dream, you will hopefully do a reality check and become lucid.

if you haven't already i'd suggest reading the tutorials page. it goes into more detail about this and different techniques of obtaining lucidity.
