      Congrats of the LDs! Well done.

      As far as maintaining lucidity goes, as soon as you realize you're lucid, stop whatever you're doing and take a few breaths. I like to lean against a wall and look at my hands to stabilize the dream and make sure I don't get too excited. When you feel ready, then go and do whatever you want. Just give yourself a minute to calm down and stablize before jumping right into it. That's what works for me anyway.

      Thanks, I think that would probably work!

      The trouble is, since those two I haven't been able to have another lucid dream! Just the kind that aren't clear and kind of go along without you, if you know what I mean...

      Well, I tend to have clearer dreams when I'm low on sleep (catching up on REM, I believe) so maybe I should just stop going to bed so early Hehe.
