That is a little vague. The question is can you open your eyes? If you can, why do you choose not to?

If you can... By keeping your eyes closed it helps to remember your dreams better so you can write them down. The minute you open your eyes outside stimuli will begin to influence your ability to recall best.

If you cannot open your eyes.... You most likely are in a state of sleep paralysis or hypnopompic hallucination. Both of which are not that unnatural or anything to worry about.

I can open my eyes but I dont because if I relax I will most likely go back into the dream but im wondering if I should open them next time and chek if its a falce awkening.

here is how the dream goes,

Im in a forest with tall trees and it gets dark about ten feet from the entrance to the woods. then I suddenly appear in my back yard I take off my glasses and everything becomes blury(need to fix that) and then the dream fades and it feels like im in my bed but i keep my eyes closed so I can easily go back in the dream.
I do and then I run down the street tying to fly.
The feeling of being in my bed has happend before im wondering if that wos mostlikely a false awakening.

      ^Probably

What I would do is do the finger through hand or nose RC every time you wake up, and if it is a FA you'll know then. Then carefully open you're eyes if it is, thinking about being in a dreamworld, and not letting doubt enter you're mind. If you don't wake up stabilize and have fun! (if you do wake up, sorry).
