      Longest one yet!

Haven't had any LD's for a while, the last ones I have had were only very brief and I had difficulty sustaining them before they faded away after about 5 seconds.

I got up one morning after coming back from the Red Sea to return to work. Was up for about an hour before I decided I was still very tired and had time for a nap.

Drifted off at about 1040am (alarm set for 1140am). I don't know how long it was before LD commenced, but I was in my old school hall and they were starting to make a new Wallace and Gromit film (English animation). Lots of kuffufle going on and I decided to leave the hall. As I went out of the hall and into the coridoor I started to open another door that went out onto our school field. At this point I stopped myself thinking 'I don't need to go out there, I've done my schooling and my schooling dreams now'. So I turned around and found myself flying over oceans and off to all these places. Things kept fading a little, but I always seemed to be able to return to the LD. After a while I decided to go diving in the sea, and flew down and tried to go underwater. Things started to fade, and I could feel myself waking up. Remaining calm seemed to make the dream come back, so I attempted again to dive and to try and see stuff. This time I could feel the water around my face and hear underwater sounds, however only had very limited vision. Things faded again and I found myself swimming in an ocean with a small old tower/castle in it - half submerged. To get in, you had to swim through some bars underwater so I started to swim up to it and then suddenly stopped, thinking 'no way am I going in there, it's far too scary' and turned around. As I swam away I thought ' Yes, I am going in there, there's nothing to be scared of'. So, I swam into this tower and there was a girl all chained up. I started to pull the chains off her and then I woke up.

I woke up 3 minutes before my alarm went off - so I had been asleep for 57 minutes. The LD did seem to be going on for quite a while.

I think that the girl could well have been myself and that's possibley why I was so scared about going into the tower thing. I've had a few relationship issues that I've been dealing with lately and they seem to be peaking at the moment.

The holiday was great - the diving was absolutely fantastic and I can't wait to get back out there again at the end of September.
