Thread: First Ld?

Last night I experienced what seemed to be my first LD. Usually when I dream, I am so convinced that what I am dreaming is reality that I don't think to question whether or not what I am perceiving is a dream. I did dream last night but the details of the dream were lost whilst awaking several times throughout the night.

Around 7 o'clock I woke up and snuggled my girlfriend, then as I proceeded to fall back asleep I thought to myself, "why not try and induce a lucid dream?" As soon as I rolled over and closed my eyes the first scene that came to my head was a parking garage. I felt awake but not, it was hard to explain. I was standing in this parking garage and from what I recall it was wet like it had rained inside. In the dream, an old grey boxy car came swerving around the corner and screeched to a stop about 20 feet away from me. Two men stepped out but I can only recall the featured of one of them. He was wearing a black, orange and red leather jacket and blue jeans. At this moment I said, "You guys know you are just dream characters in my dream right?" They just stood there and stared at me blankly like they didn't know how to respond. At this moment things started to fade...

Can somebody give me some input as to whether or not this qualifies as lucid?
