Well a week into keeping a dream journal now and I had my first experince of SP!

A few hours ago I had a dream were it ended in false awakening I think , In the dream I was sitting in bed with my eyes closed trying to remember my dreams like I do every morning now , then I think i woke up , but the werid thing is I didnt wake up fully I went into SP then I tried to have my first LD but fear woke me up , felt very freaky, when I did wake up I sort of jolted awake.

Shame I didnt get first LD, but now I know what SP feels like.

Cool. That must have felt very confusing!

The only time I ever have SP is when I am very relaxed, over a long period of time when I can almost slip into a dream - that's rare. But no other time.

Hmm, maybe it is just me , I think its happened once or twice before I even knew what lucid dreaming meant. Slipping out of a dream rather than in .

I hope that can be a good thing. If you get it right you might be able to slip just enough out of a dream so that you become conscience. Know what I mean?

Yep, Last night I woke up early (no idea why) at about 6:30. Then I kept waking up from dreams and getting SP, I could only get out of it by getting scared...the werid thing is I had three dreams in little over half an hour...maybe same REM period but I kept just about waking up.

Anyway I was going to try WILD but I knew I had to get up 30mins later.

I'm trying to go to bed earlier so I can get more REM. Then I can do a WBTB even on a school night, after about five hours. Why not try a WILD after five hours of sleep? Go to bed earlier, maybe...

I think music might help you out, it might help you remain more relaxed and sleepy.
