Hey okay so last night I became lucid and I was frustrated that I couldn’t remember what I wanted to do the next time I was asleep. I even thought of looking for my book so I could find out. I flew a little and spun a little and it felt nice but I wasn't satisfied in anyway. After awhile I forgot that I was dreaming.
Any hints how to deal with this?

It's a dream, remember, anything can be done. My recommendation would be not to try remembering "what you wanted to do when you were lucid". It can be frustrating, and the connection between the two parts of your mind isn't as clear as when you're awake, so recalling this sort of thing can be challenging at best when you're new at lucid dreaming. Instead just try to have fun. Don't be in "too much" control, either. Let your imagination run free. Instead of trying to create everything, just let your dream play out in front of you, and be a part of that. Be involved with whatever comes about. Usually dreams naturally become great stories. Just play along with the story and don't worry about creating EVERYTHING. That's the best advice I could think of personally. Good luck!

I'd recommend one of two actions, either read through some of the posts on here about things to do while lucid, record your favourites, and rote memorize them; before you go to bed each night, list 5 things you would like to do while lucid, I know for me I'll remember at least 3/5 things that i want to do.

The other option is just to let things play out like a normal dream, just explore your world and try to gain vividness and lucidity. Just go for a wonder and be amazed at what your brain can create. Best of luck,
