Thread: Second Lucid Dream

Ok so I had my first LD since finding out about them a few nights ago. Last night I read these forums before going to sleep, I didn't expect to even remember a dream though b/c I never seem to do that when sleeping at the house I was. However, I had a lucid. Something felt off so I did a few RC's and sure enough the time changed and I was able to stick my finger through my palm. I tried to relax this time and take it easier. I thought I was in control so I started to climb out of my window to go outside but then things started getting fuzzy. I started rubbing the windowsill to try and stabilize things and that kind of helped but then I heard the sound of a key from a keyboard being hit really hard and I "woke up". Then I told my brother who was on the computer that I had just had a lucid, he only shrugged and I went back to sleep. When I finally woke up again I asked him about it and i was able to figure out that I had actually had a false awakening.

Is this kind of progress normal? Im so pumped that I had another one so soon after my first. I wasn't expecting to have one for months.
