Finally Lucid

YESS !!!!!!!! I had my first Lucid Dream last night and it was aswome.I'm soo happy. It was really cool, and it was excatly what I thought it would be like.I know most of you are probably reading this or not and saying what a noob, yeah I don't care. I just wanted to post this because I finaly got a Lucid Dream.Yes All you people here at dreamviews are the best

Congratulations, I'm still waiting on mine. What method did you use, or did it just happen? Also, how long did it last and how long did it take for you to have your first?

Ohh yeah it was great. I dont think I used any real method just kinda made my own. I guess it was some form of WBTB and MILD. Before I went to sleep I ate two bananas and then used a relaxation technique to fall asleep. I woke up in the middle of the night after my first dream. I just went back to bed and had Lucid Dream. Its been about 2 weeks since I have really been trying to have a lucid dream. It didnt last very long about 20 mins. I did do sum really cool stuff, it was hard for me to fly. Like I just couldnt do it. I was in a mall with my friends, I thought that it was unusuall at first because bcuzz one of my friends isnt really a friend but isnt from around here. So I did a reality check(the one were u try to breath through your nose) so I did it and I could breath through my nose, I was soo happy cuzz I knew I was dreaming. I wanted to get out of the mall so instead of using the doors, I just walked through the walls. I couldnt get out of the mall tho. Every wall I went through there seemed to be another and another. So I rejoined my friends and started to walk around.(Other things happened but wasnt really interesting and would take a long time to write. And then my dream just kinda ended.

20 min. is a long time, especially in a first. A lot of people here say 8-15 min. is there longest LD. That's lucky for you though, I guess you have a natural ability to stabilize it. That's neat how you got into it though, when I dream I don't really realize anything, even if it's crazy.

LOL.. I never ever realize it. I remember about 2-5 dreams a night and there are always things that would never and are impossible in reality, but for some reason this time I was aware that there was something unusuall. I thinks its because of the reality checks. srry mods i think i may have put this in the wrong place, i didnt realize it untill now
