Thread: First Lucid experiance

Thought i'd share with everyone that i finally had my first LD It was last Saturday morning, I was having a dream about grocery shopping of all things (one of those dreams that ranks right up there with dreaming about working ) anyways i wake up and realise its Saturday and i dont have to work, so i just lay back and close my eyes, next thing i know i'm slowly slipping back into the dream, it was such a strange experiance. At first i still felt like i was laying in bed watching the dream like a movie but then it was like my conscience was poured into the dream, the dream became more real then reality, and eventually i could not feel my body lying in bed, and i was completely in the dream.
For awhile i was just wandering around reveling in the experiance, after a while i started toying with my enviroment, i remember making doorways appear and being able to change where they led to, howver shortly after this i woke up.

I cant wait for my next LD where hopefully i'll be able to take the training wheels off and do some exploring

Anyways I'd just like to say thanks to everyone here for making this site what it is. without you people i would not have found out about LDing, anyways just thought i'd share my experiance with everyone, I feel like i have takin the first step in a long and hopfully rewarding journey.
