      Flying/paraylsis

      Heya, I had another lucid dream last night. It was kinda weird because i became lucid and wondered what i should do... i tried to fire lighting boltz out of my hands. That didnt work. So i thought i would fly as i have always been able to fly in my dreams. I started to fly around and i saw someone below. I cruised down to meet them. As i was shaking there hand they asked my why was i lucid in my dream because that wasnt normal. That kinda freaked me out so i woke up. Has anyone else had people in there dreams ask them that question??

      Also ever since i can remember i've had crazy sleep paraylsis dreams where im totally lucid but i cant move and it feels like there is a dark presence in my room or on top of me. No matter what i do i cant move or open my eyes. I also have mass false awakenings over and over, i realise its a FA then i have another one. Heaps of crazy shit has happened to me in that state, its usually quite dark and scary. The only way i have worked out how to get out of that state is to focus on white light usually 5 or 10 seconds after that i wake up. Has anyone else experienced anything like that?

      First: Welcome to the forum, Sensei!

      As for your question about paralysis, it sounds a lot like Old Hag. I've never experienced it so I can't tell you much about it, but I know that if you search for it on yahoo or maybe look in the useful links part of the forum you should be able to find something about it.

      I've never had anyone ask me that before. In fact I never have characters in my dream once I become lucid, I have to create them. (With great difficulty.) I wish that would happen to me, I have a lot of questions of my own.

      Heya, thanks for the tips on the Old Hag. I looked it up on the net and read the other thread and that sounds like it 4sure. A pretty freaky experience, glad it dosnt happen all the time. I do fully know that focusing all your energy on white light allows you to wake up, kinda makes me think that it could be a dark energy trying to drain your energy as it dosnt like white light.

      As for having characters in my lucid dreams i haddent even though of it that way b4. It was almost like someone keeping me in check, making me totally aware of what i was up 2. Hopefully next time i wont wake up and we could have a yarn.
