      WOO HOO! #2!

      I had my second LD last night, which makes 2 in a week and a half, wow, if I can have one a week, i'll be so excited! Here's the funny thing tho, I really didn't use any methods, I just kinda told myself if i dont wake up in this bed im gonna be dreaming and just went to sleep thinkin about LDs, and it worked! The only sad thing is, I didn't write it down, and I forgot most of it . The lesson learned is ALWAYS WRITE DOWN YUR DREAMS!!!

      ya know, now that I'm thinking about it, it's really odd that I had a LD, considering the past 4 or so nights my recall has been nil. Hmm, maybe taking a break from it and then coming back to it a few days later increases yur chances for a LD .
      i read another post talking about a supplement called DMAE which may induce LDs, Im gettin my bottle tommorow, so I'll let everyone know how that goes 2...
