First Lucid?

Last night i realised i was dreaming, but only for a split second, was i lucid?

Yep. My first was also only a split second. When you get better at dream recall and reality checks, your lucid dreams will get longer and you'll have time to work on dream control.

Sweet! Yeah, it was weird though, cause almost as soon as i said "I'm dreaming", i felt a major slowdown, and then just fell back into a non-lucid dream.... But at least i got there, just gotta get better now

hmm I think its strange that you didnt wake up after you relized the dream was lucid. But good work with your first dream. I always think that it feels like breathing under water? haha maybe im the only one.
