yeah I have totally done that all the time in dreams. It is kind of like you remember thinking in the dream about something that happened and changing your behavior according to your own choice. But you were not lucid when it happened. If this keeps happening to you when you are trying to have lucid dreams I would try to focus on a certain object in the dream that will let you know you are dreaming. For me its cars, I dont know why but everytime I see a car in a dream I know instantly that its a dream and become lucid , then i usually end up taking the car for a ride and make it fly haha anyways. try to think of a icon that you can use to alert you that you are dreaming. Hope this helps.

i call them "half-lucids". that may be a total misnomer (is that the word i'm looking for?), but that's what i call them.

you're KIND of lucid... you remember thinking something is different than your normal dreams. maybe you don't have that much control or things are really blurry. kinda like that feeling you get when you wake up at like 4 AM, except you're like that the whole dream. sometimes, when i wake up, i'm not even sure i knew if i was lucid or not... the whole thing is just hazy. but i know something was different.

i don't have an answer to how to "fix" it... but it seems like LD's breed LD's, so as soon as you get one, you're more likely to have another sooner rather than later. that's how it is for me. i'm on a bit of a dry spell, so.... what do i know.
