      First lucid dream ever

      The first lucid dream i remember was when i was 7 yrs old i think because I just moved into a new house when i got it. I can still remember it perfectly. Perhaps it was more of a lucid nightmare. It was a low power lucidity though, i remember i realized i was dreaming but really didnt take advantage of the lucidity because I was so young and didnt know how.

      What are some of your FIRST lucid experiences?

      yeah i can remember when i was younger i would have nightmares and kinda realize i was dreaming enough to were i tried to shake myself or thought about shaking to somehow wake up

      also sometimes if i have a bad dream i can think about shaking my head to wake up sometimes it works sometimes not

      but i really havent had many bad dreams for years

      Same thing happened to me once when i was young. I was being chased by monsters I realised it was a dream and i needed to wake up so I jumped off a bridge since i thought if you fall you always wake up :-)
