I get very high heart-beating and more breathing, which often stops it. |

No and yes. I feel a very weird vibration. Like if my torsa is detatched from the rest of my body. That's when I get the heartbeats. It's probably just me getting overexcited, and I've only attempted it like 3 times, so there. |

It feels like somebody or something is pushing me. |

So many of our problems persist because we see them in only one way and keep beating our head against the same wall
Somewhere in the room, there is always a sound that gets louder by the second. It becomes almost staticy, and fluctuates and becomes deafening. I am completely unable to move, and I feel almost panicked. |
|
I think it's wonderfull. Pumps me up |

Yeah, the sounds are so cruel too. But if you realize the fact that it is all just another SP, you know, it's not like your dieing, bleeding or anything bad (At least not for real though). |

I love SP |

Sometimes I'll feel a dark presence nearby... One time I could swear I felt small hands stroking my shoulders and gripping my neck tighter and tighter, and my heart was racing uncontrollably... But I realize that it's just SP, and it just means to me that I'm closer to a dream state. Every time, though, I feel a pressure on my chest and feel like I'm drowning... but these feelings eventually pass. |
|
SP has never hurt me or gave me weird virbations or hallucinations. ill just be sitting there in pitch black darkness and i haven't had it for a couple months, but i would get really worked up about it and scared and after a while of trying to move i'd get out of it.i'd start off with something simple until it worked, like moving my fingers. if you stay still in SP long enough, do you go into a lucid dream? |

I enjoy sp just because it feels different. I think its cool that I am concious through something that very little people know about that happens every night. I haven't had any bad experiences with it yet, and hopefully won't anytime soon. |
|
Yeah, I feel a lot of pressure on my chest, my heart starts beating really really fast, and I hear a kind of ringing noise,it gets really scary. I've only done it once, but when I did, thats what it felt like. |
|
Really, I think it's an awesome experience. I love every second of it |

That's exactly what happens to me when I get SP when I'm not doing a WILD. I can feel, and hear, my heart racing in my chest and I seem supersensitive to sounds. I usually have a fan running(not ceiling) and it isn't quiet. But yeah, the fan just sounds distorted and gets louder and louder and becomes staticy. |

funny..I never hear any sounds.. |

I was actually wondering, after reading these posts if what I went through was sleep paralysis. Normally when I "wake-up" in dreams, I am sitting on my sofa in complete darkness staring straight ahead. I can't remember that I tried to move, but one kind of weird thing I felt was just a complete nothingness. |
|
sleep paralysis is literal paralysis. You try to move with all the strength you can muster but you just can't... no matter how hard you try to get up and move you just can't. It also feels like you can't breathe. It is very frightening when you are not expecting it. |

I would have to go with having trouble breathing. I always find I'm gasping for air. |
|
Now I know where you're coming from with this. Today's the first time I had enjoyable SP. |
