First Lucid!

So i finally had a lucid dream!

Ok so it's been like a week and a half since I started studying it.

So me and my mom were leaving my grandparents house and while we were driving i came across a gold mine, we parked over there for a while but the owner of the place was walking around so we left. We got home and it was night time already.I was looking for a flashlight so i could go check the place out in the dark but couldn't find one...so i asked my mom where one could be...but shee couldnt find one either. This struck me as odd because growing up I always relied on mother to be able to find stuff like flashlights or something light it. So after a while of searching i went and just stood still, then it hit me, "am I dreaming? because my mother can't even find a flashlight" I didn't even do a nose plug I just knew. Right there I told myself "Ok don't get too exited you might wake up" but I just ran as fast as i could to my staircase while hearing my mom say "where are you going" i said "im dreaming" and jumped off and sorta glided down. I went to my door that leads outside, but before opening it I tried imagining my girlfriend on the other side...but when I opened the door it was the same setting as it was when i didn't know I was dreaming. But I thought Oh well and just dashed into the air flying all over my yard, i flew pretty high, then let go of my flight power purpose, then right before i hit the ground i dashed off again...suddenly everything around me turned black and i just felt like I was falling through time, But it turned out I was just waking up because my brother was calling his damn dog so loud...

anyways it was a great expirience and sorry if this is hard to understand...i tried explaining it the best I could lol. well i hope to have more!

Wow! Good on ya! I've been looking at it for about 2 months now and no LDs I can remember (I say that, because, you know, I might've had a Lucid Dream and I wouldn't remember it

). Compared to some other 'first LDs', you did pretty good to go that far! *Cheers in Appreciation*

Next time, you might want to do the RC even if you know you're dreaming

to tell you the truth eppy, i dont really know what technique i used, I have been really busy lateley with work and school and haven't had much time to read my Steven Laberge book, so I just did some noseplugs daily and before sleeping i would just ask myself if i'm dreaming in bed...so I THINK that's a DILD...I'm too lazy to look that up right now lol.......OH AND OF COURSE....i've been recording my dreams into my journal every morning.

That's pretty awesome, congrats on your first lucid.

I hope I can start being lucid soon too. I think one night I almost had a WILD, as I heard this sort of rushing noise as I slipped into sleep, but the noise jolted me back awake...

HI EVERYONE.I'M NOT HERE TO DISCOURGE YOU BUT I HAVE TO SAY THAT I THINK THESE DREAMS U SEE IS NOT LUCID.
I'V BEEN DREAMING FOR 13 YEARS SINCE I WAS 7 YEARS OLD.WHEN I WAS 7,I USED TO HAVE NIGHTMARES.MAY BE LATER I WRITE ABOUT THEM.
EVERY TIME THAT I HAD ONE,MY FATHER'S SIDE WOULD BE GREAT TO CRAWL...ONE DAY AT THAT AGE MY MOTHER TOLD ME:"YOU DONT HAVE TO AFRAID AGAIN,U CAN CONTROL YOUR DREAMS,U CAN SEE WHAT U WANT TO SEE".I GOT INTRESTED IN WHAT SHE TOLD ME.
I DID WHAT I WAS TOLD TO DO.MAYBE LATER I WRITE ABOUT WHAT SHE TOLD ME.ANY WAY I WAS HAPPY THAT I COULD CONTROL MY DREAM,COULD FLY AND SO ON...BUT SINCE LAST YEAR I CAN SEE SOME KIND OF DREAM THAT REALLY REALLY IS REAL IS NOT LIKE THE OTHERS.EVERYTHING IS REAL AND REAL AND REAL.I KNOW THAT I'M DREAMING BUT IT SEEMS THAT I'M AWAKE.YOU HAVE NO IDEA WHAT I'M TALKING ABOUT.
NOTHING IS WRONG IN THIS KIND OF DREAM.HAVE U SEEN "MATRIX".SOMTHING LIKE THAT.EVERYTHING IN THIS KIND OF DREAM GOES RIGHT.FIRST I DIDNT UNDERSTAND I'M DREAMING.BUT THE ONLY THING THAT MADE ME UNDERSTAND WAS NOT SEEING ANY BODY AROUND ME.NO ONE.NO HUMAN BEING.I FELT I WAS DREAMING,SO I FLEW AND LOOLED FOR SOMEOME BUT NO ONE.I WAS SO SCARED.WHERE AM I?I CRIED FOR HOURS.BUT NO ONE. I TRIED TO APPEAR SOMEONE.BUT NO ONE.I COULD DO EVERYTHING BUT APPEARING SOMEONE.IN MY DREAM IT WAS MORNING AND LASTED TO THE NOON.SUDDENLY I WOKE UP AND SAW MYSELF LYING IN MY BED.I CRIED.I DIDNT KNOW THAT I WAS HAPPY OR SCARED.
SINCE THEN I SEE SUCH KIND OF DREAMS.AND I'M LONELY THERE FOR COUPLE OF HOURS.I DONT KNOW WHETHER THIS LUCID OR THE OTHERS.IF THE OTHERS,SO WHAT IS THIS?

I think you should read this and try to develop your dream control.
