So last night I had my second controlled LD since joining (It's been roughly a week) But this one was nothing like the first.

I woke up at 4:30AM after about 3-4 hours of sleep and put on my MP3 headphones after emptying my bladder, which I had the MP3 stored that repeats "You are aware you are dreaming" and things of that nature....

I layed in bed for roughly 20 minutes, trying my best to fall asleep. I began to sort of naturally WILD at the same time....My WILD came REALLY close, but this time I felt fine when SP hit, and then I thought about my bedroom around me with my eyes closed to keep me aware, and then SP felt like it hit harder and I was on the brink of an LD but my heart began beating unsually hard and fast, so eventually I let go. Not worth a possible heart attack haha.

So finally I said screw it, I couldn't fall alseep with the track playing and WILDing just takes alot out of me and decided to go to bed semi-natural just telling myself I would LD.

I woke up an hour later, out of an LD that I had no idea how I entered or how it began, and looked back on it and it was weird...

I first noticed I was LDing, I was just looking at my front door and there was a car outside. I decided to go outside, and see if I could walk through the door. So I tried and as I passed through the door I THINK I falsley awoke.

I feel like I missed a part and next thing I know I'm explaining to my parents that I had a short LD last night that didn't turn out.

I then see my little brother and his friend, and for some reason I begin eating kethcup. lol. And then in this normal non lucid stage of dreaming I decided I'd try to have another LD, but not by dream sleeping, it just started happening again.

I remember thinking of having sex with a girl, and it sort of worked for a second but I realized it doesnt usually work when U just try to think of doing something out of thin air so I dropped that. I then feel like I missed another part, but I then was trying to get ice to form around my hands so I could shoot ice balls and such, and it was only semi-working.

I then decided to rub my hands together to possibly become more clear and keep the dream continuing. I did, and then out of nowhere I decided to fly. I jolted into the air fast but I dont know where I flew or anything, I just felt my physical body have the sensation of falling/flying. I then felt like I was about to wake up, so I rubbed my hands together again. But after that I don't know what happened, and eventually I found myself laying in my bed stunned, realizing I had an LD.

This one was weird, half LD half regular dreaming, not nearly as vivid and clear as my first, and not nearly the same control.

However I feel excited I got another LD within a week of practice, and look foward to more.

(I want to work on my WILD, but damn each time I feel like its hard to breathe/heart beat races and I just can't get past that SP point.)
Lucid Dream Count: N/A (3-7 a week average)

      Current Goal(s): Master dream control/length, Master WILD'ing

Have no fear; For the power behind you is greater than any problem ahead of you.

I tried WILDIng last night for the first time, I had the same heart beating thing, but In my case I feel for sure that it was my own "OMG LOL ITS WORKING! " excitment that got my heart rate up and spoiled it all.
