Thanks fir all of the help, I was just worried because latley I have been having anxiety attacks, and this "falling asleep at work" after reading up on lucid dreaming had me spooked. I was a little worried only because when I awoke I had a panic attack. I am positive that this isn't my first lucid dream, in fact... I have them all of the time because of work and school, I lose alot of sleep time, so I experience them. I also encounter people telling me I'm not dreaming, and I get pissed that I am always working, so When I wake up I am agitated that I didn't get paid to do everything I just did. When I dream about work everything I read is different, but I don't realize it until I do something crazy, that I wont do in reality. |
