A Recent Ld

I usually like to keep my own LDs for myself since I prefer to keep them as private stuff, but this one was so interesting that I need to share it with ya'll or I'll blow up Prepare for a long reading! (it's a non lucid for the most part, but since there's lucidity near the end, I figured it had to be posted here, if I'm wrong please feel free move this thread to the right board) Non lucid part: I was in my room in a different house on the computer browsing this very own forum (browsing Dream Views, about to have an LD, do I sense a pattern?) and my sister was sleeping in her bed in the same room, loudly moaning. Figuring she was having one of 'those' dreams, and the neighbours didn't know what was actually happening, I woke her up so she could silently go back to sleep. I then, proceeded to browse Dream Views. Apparently, our parents were off to a party and were coming home late, so I had to look after my sister meanwhile. 'What the... we're both 19, why the hell do I have to look after her?' I asked myself out loud, although I would find out the answer soon enough. Few seconds later she starts at it again, louder than before. Feeling bothered, I wake her up yet again so she could finally shut up. And bam. There she goes again. This time our parents were already home so I was scared that they would think I was doing what I shouldn't, therefore I woke up my sister for the last time and told her what has been happening while she slept. Feeling visibly embarassed, she hid under the covers so no one would eventually hear her if it was to happen again. Despite being late, I leave home to buy some coffee because I had a feeling that someone in the house would need it soon. Upon arriving (I don't remember the whole coffee trip, I'm afraid my dream skipped that senseless part) I decide to pull a prank on her. Since my parents had left with urgency (why, I would figure out soon) I ringed the bell, and when she opened the apartment door, I sneaked up the stairs making a burglar like voice to scare her. Few seconds later, she closed the door - success ^_^ I went up the rest of the stairs to apologize when I overheard something. My sister was talking with who was supposed to be a friend of mine, called Rin (never heard of her though). And the darker side of the dream starts. My parents arrive soon after, blaming me for being irresponsible, and hand me a document. It seemed my sister suffered from quite a lot of dangerous illnesses, thus why I had to 'look after' her, in case something happened. Kakashi (you know, the guy from the anime Naruto, for those interested, here's what he looks like - http://neji.blogourt.fr/images/mn/1113931572.jpg ) come into the room My dad then proceeded to call the nearest hospital so my sister could stay there from then on. Now visibly angered at my dad for giving up on her just like that, I leave the room and head like a spear toward my sisters' room, but Kakashi is guarding it, saying it's better if I stay away from her. I then, tell Kakashi that there is another way in that I can help her, although my own life will be sacrificed. No one agrees, but I don't give a damn and proceed to do it. I had to enter her dreams and defeat the demon that was threatening her life. So I enter her dream and I'm immediatly attacked by a huge demon cat, and I start running away. Me: Omg, there's like, a huge demon cat wanting to kill me, ahhhhh! wait... what? Oh, right, it's a dream. -Lucid part- In my newly acquired lucid state I decide to make a 'strategic retreat' by flying away from it, though I couldn't. Since I couldn't fly, I tried to hover a little above the ground and it worked pretty well ^_^ Unable to think of anything under such pressure (if I succeded, I would die, if I didn't, then my sister would) I start calling up all the DC's around me to help me defeat the monster, and everyone started running up to me (which slighly reminded me of Troy). Having gathered a small army of my own (such helpful folks, aren't they?) I told an FBI Rancher (too much GTA, I know) to stop, opened the trunk doors and handed flamethrowers and machine guns to everyone so we could kill the demon thing. We gathered around the beast and proceeded to attack it with all we had, although it managed to survive the inferno caused by all the flamethrowers. Then it lounged at me (with so much people around, man I felt special) but I was able to evade it's attacks. Sparing you the latter action, when I 'woke up', Kakashi was standing near me saying that my sis' was alive and well, though I only had 1 minute left to live myself. Cursing my dad for not caring about my sister, I shed a tear and closed my eyes one last time. (read: woke up). Phew, that was long Clearly the most memorable LD out of the bunch I had so far, hope you enjoy it as much as I did ^.^ (edit: removed some parts for obvious reasons)

Ok, first of all, I'm not even going to comment on the incestuous parts of your dream, that's something you have to work out for yourself. :) -Lucid part- Unable to think of anything under such pressure (if I succeded, I would die, if I didn't, then my sister would)[/b] Yeah, that sounds real lucid. :) Feeling underpowered, and noticing it was actually a female demon, I knew there was only one thing left for me to do ^.^ Thank god It looked more like a dragon rather than a cat at this point and I'm sure Burns will agree with me on this O_O. Sparing you the ... latter action[/b] WTF? Dude, that was the second-most disturbing dream I've ever read about on this forum, now I won't be able to fall asleep, thanks a lot. :( :)

Ah, lovely. Someone who rather attack me for my dream content rather than bothering with its plot, just what I needed after lunch. Well stranger, I don't recall mentioning wether I enjoyed that specific part of the dream or not, but if that topic bothers you so much I wonder why you even replied? I seriously don't think you expected me to climb a table and yell at myself "oh hey subconscious, can you please change the dream content? this one is kind of unusual. You can? Great! Here, buy yourself an imaginary icecream." Also last time I checked being lucid simply involves the realization of the dream state, regardless of control, if there's any at all, so I'm failing to realize the nature of your snide comment. Well, I won't waste my time arguing with you, you don't deserve that much T_T

That's odd, I was sure I added enough smileys to make sure anyone could see I was just kidding. Even at the end I put an extra one, just so you wouldn't think I was serious about not being able to sleep because of your dream. Oh well, I guess you're not one for joking around, so sorry about that, I didn't know.
