I see u r mostly talking about staying in lucid dreams.

My 1rst lucid dreams occurred when i was really little around 7-8yo. I was always dreaming that someone was after me, chasing me, usually to the top of some building. I knew that i was dreaming but i wasn't able to wake up. And than I found out that when u die in dream u wake up. So each time i jumped of some building just to wake up. Believe me that wasn't a pleasure. Than I stopped dreaming(because i was waking up in the middle of the night crying-my neighbor told me to each time before i go to sleep to 3 times repeat out loud "when I go to sleep I will not dream").
I wasnt remembering many dreams since, until I started to get interested in it, and started witting them down.

Now I rarely have dreams that someone is chasing me. but this one started in another town. And I was driving a bicycle down a street. Than i somehow realized that it was a dream. And I don't know why but i wanted to wake up. I tried closing my eyes and opening them but that didint work. I tried hitting myself (i thought i would hit myself in bed and the pain would woke me up) but that didnt work either.
Than I tried to fly jumped slowly of bicycle and at first i was just floating a bit over the road and waving my hands like crazy I was going up and down. Than i managed to fly and i was flying above some fields i tried to change that but that didnt work. And after I was in some hotel and i was chasing people to tell me what time is it. I looked to maybe 4 watches and remembered just 2. All i know that all of them were showing different years and time.

So i think that wasn't complete lucid dream. because i could control just some parts of it.

and from than not one occurred

So i am interested in some ways to wake up when u realize that u r dreaming. Cause if I for some weird reason realize that I am dreaming when someone wants to kill me again and I cannot control full dream, i don't have freaking super ass kicking powers, Ill go crazy

Most people make themselves lucid by doing Reality checks, it's exactly like it sounds. Randomly or, for some, when you see a certain object or do a certain thing [usually something you do often] you do a check that helps you tell whether or not you are dreaming. Those things could be like looking at a watch or electronic device, memorizing what it says, looking away for a bit, then looking back at it to see if it's the same thing [that will stop working eventually]. You could also jump into the air and try to float in the air, you may want to try it like three or four times before you assume you're awake.

One fool proof one is to hold your nose, pinch it shut and try to breathe through it, if you're in a dream you'll be able to breathe through it.

Good luck on having more lucids and I'm happy that you don't have bad dreams anymore, hopefully instead of staying that you won't dream before you go to bed, you'll say 'I will dream.'

yea I read about reality checks. Ill start doing that starting tomorrow.

but I was thinking to wake up in ur bed(not in dream) when u realize that u r dreaming. When u don't want to dream anymore. If u understand now what i want to say?

Still from time to time there is some bad dream. But nothing scary as when i was younger.

Oh, I get ya. One thing that you can do is concentrate too hard on doing something [what's hard to do really depends on the person] maybe you could try transformation. It's been known that when people try too hard they wake up or the dream ends.

Ya, whenever I try too hard to stay in a dream, I wake up.

Or, if I find a gal and start having sex with her, I normally wake up. So you could try that.

What I do is I open my eyes. Not my dream eyes but my real eyes. I'm not trying to sound sarcastic I'm serious with this. You concentrate on the feeling you get when you open your eyes in the morning and you just open them. It feels a little funny if you do it IRL but you can still get the feeling that you would in a dream. If that wasn't work for you, you could hold your breath as long as humanly possible and you'll wake up gasping for air. Maybe a bit too dangerous though. ;D

My LD I had just this morning it was weird. The closer I came to waking up, the more I could actually feel my eyes moving in my eyelids (what felt like for real) when moving them in my dream. Even when I was rubbing my hands to try to gain more lucidity, it felt like I was doing it IRL.. very weird feeling. (especially the eye movement under my eyelids).
