      Well its like this i was in a car and i closed my eyes. Than I didn't think about it, It just crossed my mind to do a reality check. I opened my eyes(I usually try to change a color of something) and I woke up.
      Is my waking up related to trying do to reality check , or even thinking of it. Or? Has anyone experienced something similar.

      mite be but it doesn't seem like a good rc because every time i close my eyes i wake up try the hand one

      ned one. Ii didnt get that one. Should i try to touch something in a dream or? How do I do that reality check in reality?

      Do the nose reality check, It worked for my first lucid.

      Just hold your nose closed with your hand and if you can breathe your lucid.
