      in my dream i burnt down my house and some bloke said 'what did you do that for? and i said 'it doesnt matter its a dream. i cant figure out if i was lucid or not. can someone tell me ways of staying lucid please? it would help

      Depends. You may have said it was a dream, but did you know it was one? Only if you knew it was a dream, would it be Lucid.

      Hi, Try telling yourself, this is a dream! over and over.
      Even shout it as loud as you can. It's kind of fun doing that,
      and it will keep you from forgetting that you are dreaming.

      After awhile, you will just remember with out having to say it.
