Thread: Can anyone explain this?

Hi, after my first LD I haven't had any other LD's

probably because I haven't been sleeping for the past 4 days (damn you starwars!)

anyway, so I slept and had about 3 dreams, one including me stealing a Hummer from a military base and ramming it into a schoolbus then,

ramming the schoolbus-attached hummer into a wall, setting it on fire, then running it down the street setting the houses on fire.

anyway where was I? oh, so I had this dream of me standing in a long hallway, it was like a hospital and it was dark.

Then suddenly this metal door thing flew towards me, then I kinda used my psychic power to blow it away. But then as soon as I turned around!

I suddenly got very aware, then suddenly everything disappeared and I was able to see my room, but kinda distorted. and my body was still paralized.

kinda felt like my muscles were all cramped up so tight my head was kinda in the air. and I had an anxiety attack.

any ideas?

you realized you were dreamind, but the exitement woke you up. Sometimes I have this.

I've never experienced sleep paralysis, so I cant comment on this one....

Anxiety is easy to overcome once you know what's happening to you.

i get this 1-2 every 1-2 months. basicaly what ev said. u have willed so much power at once and your body became shocked. it is called sleep paralysis , but just close your eyes when it happens. i have only achieved this a few times. but when u do and u start dreaming again LOOK AT YOUR HANDS and then u should be able to do what ever u want. if it trys to go back out of focus look at your hands. this is a new tech i found usefull took me serveral months to try it. gl 2 u

Ok i have not had an LD yet and i have tried so hard but it wont work can some one help me or explain what the hell is going on?

before u go to bed think to yourself about what u want to dream about. most importantly u know how ppl usauly think about what they did that day or what they need to do the next day so forth and so on about your actaul life.... well forget about all that.
this is my techinech. it tends to work well for me. for ex. u want to dream of going to a casle. think about everything needed. draw bridge. stone walls, armor statues, spears and swords on the wall. think about many doors hallways ect. picture it n your mind keep doing this until u feel like u can fallasleep at ne giving min. then just totaly drain all your thoughts and don't think of nething. its ok if an image starts to appear. sometimes when u r doing this u might change thoughts unattendly. thats because u may all ready begun rem.
if that dont work. draw an image of what u would like to see and place it under your pillow. or just say to yourself as u fallasleep and remember that u went to bed. took me a good 5 yrs to perfect it so be patient. some ppl vary. i lucid dream on average of 10x a wk give or take. gl to u
