before u go to bed think to yourself about what u want to dream about. most importantly u know how ppl usauly think about what they did that day or what they need to do the next day so forth and so on about your actaul life.... well forget about all that.
this is my techinech. it tends to work well for me. for ex. u want to dream of going to a casle. think about everything needed. draw bridge. stone walls, armor statues, spears and swords on the wall. think about many doors hallways ect. picture it n your mind keep doing this until u feel like u can fallasleep at ne giving min. then just totaly drain all your thoughts and don't think of nething. its ok if an image starts to appear. sometimes when u r doing this u might change thoughts unattendly. thats because u may all ready begun rem.
if that dont work. draw an image of what u would like to see and place it under your pillow. or just say to yourself as u fallasleep and remember that u went to bed. took me a good 5 yrs to perfect it so be patient. some ppl vary. i lucid dream on average of 10x a wk give or take. gl to u
