      I was dreaming, and i knew i was but when i was dreaming i told my self that it was 5:57 and the alarm clock would go off in 3 miniutes. I woke up and it was 5:57. Was that lucid dreaming or something like an OBE

      It was lucid-dreaming combined with half awareness. Somehow, your eyes looked at the clock, and a signal about the time went through to your dream. Not an OBE.

      Technically, Lucid Dreaming. If you were aware you were dreaming in some form, it's Lucid. Even if you are partially awake at the time.

      This happens to me on a fairly regular basis.
