      Real time lucids

Hi all, I've had 2 very strange lucid like dreams...one a week ago and the other one this morning. Both happened in my room on my bed and at the same condition dark at night. There was no spacial distortions of my room and the things there. The first one kinda felt like an OBE although I did not see my body. I was sitting up on my bed facing front from my lying position. I rememeber I was talking to someone at the dark corner of my room but couldn't see anyone there but only a pressence. After a while the pressence stopped replying and I said I was scared as I was...I felt vulnerable like something was going to happen. Then all of a sudden I was pushed backward into my sleeping position by something and I struggled to wake up, making weird noises in real time I guess and I eventually woke up. The second one was when I was still 'sleeping' and suddenly I 'woke' up. But I couldn't move my head to see who was standing at the doorway of my room...I could but very difficult and only a little. It was enough to see the doorway which was closed so noone there...after that I became more conscious and aware of my surrounding and realised it was a dream. The whole time it was very difficult to move my body but in my sleeping position I tried to levitate but couldn't. At some point I was able to get up and cover myself with the blanket and tell myself I might sleepwalk. Finally for some reason I managed to say the word "I'm concious"...and I think I said it out in reality as well and I woke up..... But I realised I had not used the blanket because it was bundled up in a corner of my bed..felt weird. Both dreams were very short like half an hour. I'm still not sure if they were real dreams or was I in limbo..half in real world half in dreamland....

I can only really offer insight to the second story-

It immediately sounded like Sleep Paralysis to me. I'm 99% certain. This is natural, and you must learn not to be afraid of it, or fight it too much.

Is there a chance you really weren't asleep? Just very groggy? This could explain it. Or you may have been VERY lightly dreaming and felt in contact with the sleep paralysis of your body which transfered into your light dream.
