      My only lucid moment...

      Months ago I had a very brief lucid moment. I was standing up on a bus where all of a sudden I realized I was dreaming and even said it allowed. I lost lucidity about 4 seconds later though and didn't get to do anything.

      I haven't had any lucid experiences since then.

      Let that past experience motivate you and drive you to work hard at getting more lucids. Journal your dreams, reality check often and have affirmations in mind before you sleep.. Don't give up.
