Well congratulations on having another Successful lucid dream. And it seems like it was quite interesting. Some things like super speed can be a little bit tough to do, but with a little practice it gets a bit easier. Some people really have a hard time moving fast as it seems like they are wading through water or something is slowing them down. But at least you had a lucid dream.
