But well i dont know how long later i saw a boy infront of a house in, its not snowing but is covered in snow, and then i HEARD a song EXACTLY the 1 from counter-strike CS_Italy where in the terrorism base lol. and then i feel my body a bit of some electric shock and i got too scared/excited and blew my FIRST ever lucidy.... dam so close...

so is this fall into DILD or ?

btw any tips not to let me get excited? ^^ thx

EDIT: Hey if i failed 1 time can i continue attempting or should i go to sleep because i dont wanna stay up all night but no product came out at the end and must i really need 4-5 hrs of sleep b4 Lucidy?

Yup, that falls into WILD, probably my favorite technique. If you want more of those keep a dream journal, think a lot about LDing, and optionally take some B6/melatonin

Congrats on the first LD Hope you have loads more and become a DV regular.

How not to get excited: Sit down, think about what you want to do while rubbing your hands together, that should work, AND prepare you for the best possible LD

      LDs: loads and counting

LD Goal: A fine single malt scotch and a fine cuban cigar (accomplished, but need to do it more)
