      First Lucid Dream

      About a day ago I had my first Lucid Dream.
      Although it wasn't very productive at all.
      I had lost lucidity in a matter of seconds.

      Yet it was still amazing.
      Also by accident.

      I was in my normal dream.
      Saw a friend, who look really old, and was wheeling his grandpa in a wheelchair.

      Suddenly I say "Wow this is a really weird dream".

      Right there is when I got lucid,
      I got very excited and starting running down the field screaming, "FINALLY!"

      But then I felt it wearing away.
      I remembered the spinning technique,
      tried it,
      and failed.

      I woke up due to over excitement.


      Although it was a very cool experience.

      You're definitely on your way!

      It's hard not to get excited... still happens to me after many years. Just slow down and try not to do anything until you feel it coming into better focus.
