My recall has never been that good. but i still managed to have 2 DILD's. The last few days i decided to take things slowly. i started to improve my recall.

1.) I go to sleep at 10:30
2.) I wake-up at 3:00 am(with my cell-phone alarm)
3.) I stay up, 30 minutes
(reading peoples first LD's, gives me a smile , and i stay relaxed.)
4.) I go back to sleep(saying to myself, i will remember my dream).
5.) I wake up in the morning, and i remember 1 dream, and a bit of others.

I do this, every night i do not work. but last night i did it, and i had worked a long hour shift.
I woke up at 3:00 am, and went back to sleep. but i decided to WILD, but i lost conscious, and just fell asleep. i woke up in the mornings, but all i remember was a bit of the WILD experience, and a bit of a dream. I remember my body vibrating(shaking really fast) i've had some other vibrating experiences, but this one was different. Then from the dream, i remember some bit's and the dream ending and i was telling myself "i will wake up and write it down. now"

but i didn't, i kept on dreaming some-other dream i don't remember.(non-Lucid)i don't no why i didn't wake up to write it down. maybe it was because of stress from work. But i just wanted to tell people not to expect LD's or any recall when you're in any kind of stress. Stress does not help.
