      First LD need help

This happend quite a while ago, but i never got to post anything about it...

I had this dream that i was at my house.. and for some reason i went into the garage.. I noticed that my mum car wasnt there but there wa ssome weird car there. So i just thought to myself, 'hm someone probbably stole her car and replaced it with that one'... So i started to walk away but then i realised that that wasnt possible... I asked myself if it was a dream, but everything seemed so real that i disregarded that idea.. but then suddenly without even doing an RC i realised that it had to be a dream... as soon as that realisation hit m everything started to fade... I could even hear everything fading away it sounded like a really strong wind as if all my surroundings got blown away.. I woke up then..

Ive decided that i want to give lucid dreaming another go, but im wondering if anyone has any tips to help me from waking as soon as i realise its a dream...

      Staying Lucid Longer:

1.) As soon as you realize you are dreaming, tell yourself "Stay Calm"

2.) Just stand there for a brief moment and let everything sink in and let take a look at your surroundings

3.) if its blurry or hazy, rub your hands together to prolong your LD and look at the details of your hands (which helps with the vividness of your LD)

4.) Dont Rush into things, take one step at a time..Every once in a while just remind yourself that you are still dreaming..

5.) Dont have any thoughts about waking up in your head, just concentrate on your dream

i hope these tips will help you any questions feel free to PM me

      thanks,

And also, if you do wake up, try not to move at all, and not open your eyes, and there is a chance that you will fall back into a lucid dream.
A generous heart, kind speech, and a life of service
