      Entrainment Experience

I just made my first post here yesterday, and RIGHT after that, I stumbled over the brainwave entrainment threads. Oh my. How could I resist??

So, naturally, I came across the tutorial on how to make a custom brainwave schemes, and I followed it perfectly.

      My Experience:
I've had ONE lucid dream before (by mistake), and since them I've done a lot of research, and I knew some techniques. I also have a home studio with some fantastically expensive studio monitoring headphones that produce very true-to-the-medium response, so I slept there last night.

This was at around 12:45am. I got in to bed, and let the sounds guide me. Almost immediately, I noticed myself drifting off (I was also REALLY tired too). When I hit a certain frequency, however, I noticed myself entering a WILD. Sleep paralysis started to come over me, my heart was going crazy, and I noticed my EYES starting to move on their own (possibly REM?). Then I woke up. I couldn't keep my eyes closed!

I grabbed a bandanna, made an eyemask, and then tried it again. I woke up a couple of hours later, right when the waves started to increase in frequency (I was supposed to be sleeping at this point). I couldn't focus, so I quit.

Gonna try it again tonight. What do you guys think?

Sounds interesting I didn't really notice a difference with the Brainwave generators and stuff, but I did notice like I would get more relaxed etc. But nothing to the point of sleeping. I found that a somewhat loud beep noice that lasts for 1 second and then a few minutes later beeps again is a good inducer as it usually crosses over in the dream allowing you to go lucid.

But you got a home studio so that must help a lot
