Early this morning, I felt very tired and knew I could FILD. So that's what I did but for some reason my body kept becoming immovable. It felt like SP every few minutes. I kept FILDing and FILDing until I eventually fell asleep only to wake up in a lucid dream.

The dream(non-lucid feeling):
I remember this thing told me that I could get powers just by asking it and it did. I chose them but for some I was scared of flight and soon I still chose it.
The first thing I did was go to my frien who for some reason was in my house and I jumped in in the air and stayed there, which freaked my friend cause her to go downstairs. I talked to her but I believe she ignored me. Then I went outside and soared in the sky but this time I went highier than I ever gone and it was scary yet very awesome. After that there was a non-lucid dream.

Although I neer said I'm dreaming, I knew it was lucid dream because of the control I exhibited. And I really could ujsed my own dream powers, but just chose to get them from that thing.

Question- For some reason, whenenver I FILD in the morning I receive what feels like SP and then I fall asleep and have a lucid dream?
