Thread: Wind running dream

I had a strange dream the other night which I thought I'd share because it was pretty cool.. it was only quick but weird anyway..

I dreamt I was running at night time over long grass like wheat.. I didnt have a shirt on and I was just running(like a man).. then the wind blew strong.. like I was running into the wind and it picked me up. It got under me and it just picked me up and I found myself floating in the air a few meters above the ground. And I went lucid because of that.. which is a first for me because usually I go lucid and then try to catch the wind.. so I dont usually get picked up by it so strongly.

Anyway after I went lucid I followed the wind current up really high and I started to fly out across the ocean because I wanted to head to America. I just chose it for a place to go because I wanted to pick another country and it was a quick choice. It was a scary scene because lightning was coming down all around me and it was dark storm clouds I was flying through but I wasnt scared because I was lucid enough not to be.. I actually wanted to catch the lightning because I thought that would be a cool trick but I couldnt tell where it was going to strike next so I didnt bother.

Anyway I ended up seeing the city lights in the distance after passing through the storm clouds, so I knew I was coming up to another country which made me think about landing. But as soon as I thought that I suddenly lost the wind and I just fell like a rock. I felt so heavy all of a sudden and I just fell, and then it got alittle scary because I knew I wasnt close enough to land.. on land. Like I knew I was going to land quite abit short and into the dark ocean at night. Which was a horrible feeling. And when I was about to hit the ocean I turned away from it and I dont remember anymore.

It was a really cool dream though and I dont usually fly that high.. Like I can cross the ocean sometimes but only on a good day or if the wind is with me it seems. lol. And did anyone see me?

Anyway I just thought I'd share.. And ask if anyone else has ever found themselves just picked up by the wind while running into it? And then going lucid..
