      Crap! A Dild!

So I came home from work today, almost immediately took a nap. I was having this dream where I was in a bedroom with my brothers. We were arguing about something and I look outisde. High in the sky is some sort of star and it explodes, a loud crack roars throughout the sky and I start telling everyone to shut up. Then the entire thing starts to look very fake, and the star begins to go haywire exploding rapidly but looking less and less real. Then I grab my brother and go "Well I don't give a shit anymore because this is a dream!" And then I attempt to jump out the window and enjoy my lucidity but it doesn't happen. Instead my mind is like "well if this is a dream then you are really asleep in your bed." And I lock up and am in a "dream bed" for some reason my dream body was bound to my physically body and then I slowly woke up.

      DANGIT!

This was my second lucid experience.

Sure, it wasn't the most involved lucid dream but you did it and that's what really matters. It may have been only your second but it won't be your last.

      Keep up the good work.

You were most likely experiencing a false awakening. Next time you become lucid and find yourself in your bed, perform a reality check (ie. plugging your nose and breathing through it). This will allow you to remain lucid for longer.

I have had several dreams with star visions very very similar to that, where I am in utter awe of exploding stars and stuff like that. Weird. I never think it's a dream though.
Symbolism I guess. I buy into stuff like that more than most people.
      Lucid dreams:
      something like 12 "DILD" method
      something like 4 "DEILD" method

Well, no, I didn't think I was awake. I knew I was in a dream and I was lucid. I was just having a really hard time controlling it because for some reasons my mind told me that because I was dreaming I couldn't REALLY move. So I just sorta laid there in a bed that was in my dream and couldn't do anything. Then maybe the excitement or the awareness of dreaming woke me up. It was just really bad stabilization perhaps.
