      Sleep walking well having an LD

      I was thinking, can you sleep walk well LDing?

      Well, if for some reason your sleep paralysis wasn't working, then yeah.

      If you search the forums you'll find a topic about a guy who could purposely control his body and walk around while having a lucid dream. I don't know what happened to him, but it's really interesting. You should check it out.

      Definitely. But for a sleepwalker, I would rather prescribe that they learn to wake up when they can 'feel' they are walking around.

      My father has this potential problem (he hasn't sleepwalked in a while), and I'm reluctant to teach him LDing.

      Wow, what if you were Lucid in your dream and u jumped out of a window thinking u would glide and done the same in real life and died? That would suck lol.

      I have managed to sleepwalk down for the stairs three times without getting hurt ! Im a pro!!! (the stairs turns 180* to right when walking it down)
