Thread: Seeing white

Entering what you all call Sleep paralysis seems easy enough for me.Moving beyond that is yeilding some interesting results.

When I reach SP I am finding subtle thoughts of being in motion help to initiate a dream. Several times now after a dream starts I reach lucid awareness and the dream immediately fades and we are back to the SP stage.
Last night was more interesting and lasted a little longer. Thoughts of being in motion yelded being on a bycicle riding on a highway. Then lucid awareness kicked in just about the time the though arose that I needed to go faster. Looked down and no more bicycl, but now on a motorcycle. With that the dream began to fade into a pure all encompassing white light. nothing else just white. Lucidity was gone, and replaced by just a very calm and blissfull feeling. Steadily as quick as it turned white the white faded and I was back in the SP state again.
This happend twice back to back, save for I was running in the second dream and that went straight to the formentioned white experience.

Interesting if nothing else.
