Crazy vibrations.. maybe i dreamt those too

So I was just taking a nap and woke up from a dream and am having trouble falling asleep.. i start remembering my dream and realize i havent moved an inch yet so i open my eyes to reasure myself im in my room, then iclose them and i keep steady breathing

in about 10 seconds i feel vibrations.. they start increasing all over my body.. just when they slow down i think their gone i open my eyes and im still in my rooom .. i close them again and they come back stronger than ever that i actauilly HEAR my bed vibrating and my left hand was clutched under me i felt it sweating.
about 10 seconds into THAT, i know im kind of paralyzed i wouldnt be able to move if i tried, and the vibrations make me SLIDE down my bed towards the wall.
when they finally stop i pull myself together off my floor FREAKED out cos im afraid of the dark and i have to use al my power to move myself, i goto my door still not sure whether im dreaming or awake i flick my lights, they dont go on.
I start pulling on my door actually struggling to get it open and eventually it does.. my second floor which is usually a hallway was a great big room with a computer in it.. then i saw 2 beds both with naked couples in it, one younger on the right one.. so i lean closer to the older one to get a beter look at their faces and as i squint i wake up... they say never close ur eyes in ur dream youll wake up!!! its true. I also definitely had enough sleep.

So my question is.. these vibrations.. are they real? or did i dream 'hearing' my bed vibrating and my fingers sweating?

also what is this technique called?? a DILD? i know there is a similar one the FILD..
