      fist lucid exp still haunting...

      wow I havent been on dreamviews in a LONG time. Well guys Im gonna start LD. Well I only had 1LD my first time by FILD. as many of you I was very exicted. Now idk when the thought came to me but when I was lucid I decided to go to my parents room... and I thought what if I see a murderer or my mom trying to kill my dad. Well THATs what happened: I went into my parents room and I saw my mom with a bloody blade over my dad, saw me and chased me to my room and i woke up Now im afraid to LD what should I do

      The reason that is what happened is because you expected it to happen. Lucid dreams are all about expectations so don't allow yourself to think negative thoughts because the chances are that it will effect your lucid dream (it's happened many times to me).

      Ld master is right.. keep your thoughts pleasant or neutral.

      Similar things have happened to me. You might also want to try to change the scene to something pleasant. Maybe fly through the ceiling and away someplace next time.
