One of the coolest feelings last night

One of the tasks that I had set out to do was to turn to dust and disintegrate. Last night I did that. It was so cool, I could control all of the dust as a single entity and reform my body at will. It was like the sand guy from Spiderman 3. Has anyone else ever completely disintegrated their body and been in complete control over it.?

Wow, that sounds cool! I've never done that, the closest thing I've done is to change my size, and turning myself into various animals.

I felt like air. Whenever a breeze blew or I went fast I stretched out and misshaped. I controlled it as a whole, but each particle acted individually.
