      Into The Sunset...

I had a spectacular lucid dream, and while I've stopped really sharing and posting here, I thought some people would enjoy it.

I was recruited into an army organization under false pretenses, and forced to stay in. Soon after, we went to battle with this group of civilians, and it seemed like we were initiating the unabated attack. Anyhow, I had to fight or else I'd be killed, so I pointed my gun at one of the opposing men, but pointed into the air before shooting. All of a sudden, I realized the situation could never be happening, and became lucid. I stood up on the battlefield, ignoring the gunshots blazing everywhere, and began to walk into a city, the most beautiful I've seen. Rubbing my hands together, realism rushed forth like crazy, and I began running down a steep road eagerly. I jump into the air at full momentum, and start soaring over a huge lake in the middle of the city, marveling at the brilliant sunset. I've had a lot of trouble flying in lucid dreams, but at that moment I realized that the secret was not to focus on the flying so much, but to just take in the moment as a whole. I soared down and dipped in and out of the lake, swimming and flying, swimming and flying...Finally, I made it to the back of the city, staring directly into the center of the sun. I saw a sign at the center of the spherical light that said "Enter the inside of the sun." I obliged, and walked right through the sun to the other side. The vision on the other side escapes me, but as soon as I saw it, everything began fading away into nothing. I don't mean 'nothing' as in black or white, but an indescribable 'nothing'. Quickly, everything began fading in, and I seemed to be back on the outside, staring into the center of the sun again. I entered several times to the same outcome, before having a false awakening. In my false awakening, I went excitedly to my dad, and told him "I had the most amazing lucid dream, where I was flying into a sunset. Here, watch!" I turned around, began to run, and took off, flying towards the sunset.
Ponderously sitting upon a mountaintop, spreading to the earth its own love.
