Thanks, more info would be appreciated. Is the body shaking normal, did it really happen. For me, what happends just before I wake up and after is usually mised. Reality doesnt usually kick in before the breakfest table.

Yup, that's usually attributed to the SP (sleep paralysis) procedure. This is your mind shutting down your body's ability to move. I believe it's more of a sensation that you're experiencing rather than physically shaking. Some feel it as a vibration or tingling.

Feeling this sensation is a welcome sign that you're on the threshold between wake and dreaming.

Great, yeah, that could be it. I've had sleep paralyzes several times before. I didnt like those, Slowly waking up, sensing there is something wrong in my room, but unable to move my body, for a long time, maybe 10 minutes, feeling fully awake. In the end I manage to move a finger. First time it really freaked me up. Thats the reason I started searching for dreams, and came here.

But this sensation, as you accurately described above was different. The lucid experience was very short, the flight up towards the blue. I was also somewhat frighten by the somewhat violent reaction my body went trough when I reached straight up. But I was able to move my body at once when I returned. So this was different the SP i described above.

Well I guess I have to read up about this.

I see this post should be posted in LD experiences, maybe a mod would like to move it?
