key word in the whole process...AWARENESS AWARENESS AWARENESS. dont passively perform ur reality checks. take the effert to really be aware of ur surroundings, and be highly observant. the best reality check usually for me, is to find something short to read, like a sub-heading or a sentence of some sort, look away for a few seconds, than look bak and see if the words have changed. repeat a few times and if the words do change, u can be sertain u r dreaming.
