      WILD falling out of bed

A few mornings ago I decided to do a WBTB with a WILD so I could try the Tasks of the Month. It seemed like I had been laying in bed forever, and I felt like I might be in a dream, but I couldn't see anything and I was still laying in bed.

I remembered reading that sometimes you just have to "open your dream eyes" so I tried to, but nothing happened. I also remembered reading that sometimes you have to "roll into your dream" so I started rolling and rocking on my bed, but nothing happened!

Finally I remembered someone saying that they have to roll out of bed, walk to their bedroom door, open it, and then walk into a dream. So I rolled out of bed. I fell and hit the floor. I felt myself land with a thud on the stuff on the floor next to my bed (my dog sleeps on a doggie bed there). This whole time I was absolutely positive I was really awake and had just fallen out of bed. I figured I was just so groggy I couldn't open my eyes yet. Then I stumbled over, felt around and opened my bedroom door. And instantly I was in a completely different place!

I was so shocked that I completely forgot that I was going to try to do the Tasks of the Month, but it turned into a cool dream anyway.
LD tasks of the month completed: 16

Haha awesome. I like the way you described it too... I was as shocked to read it as you were to experience it!

I've once done that excact same thing (the laying in bed forever then getting up in a dream), except I didn't intend to WILD

Everything makes sense once you stop thinking about it

I've rolled off my living room couch and hit the coffee table before landing on the floor a couple of times! Once I realized that things like that can happen while you're dreaming.. I actually look forward to hitting the floor!

      Congrats on your new "experience"!
