I'd say it was an OBE. I've had very simmilar experiences with OBE's myself. |

the other day, i was off school becasue i was ill!, my parents and sister left the house and i was in alone. i was sooo tired but couldnt get to sleep becasue i had a bangin headache!.. i turned over and tryed daydreaming myself to sleep!, i got too hot and uncomfortable, yet again. so i was gonna sit up and re-arange my covers because they were all twisted!.. so i sat up, and i remember feeling really sick, and i needed to use alot of energy to push myself up!, just like in waking life. so i was pritty shaw it was real!. I turned around and was amazed.. and slightly startled to see my body lieing there asleep!, i thought. OMFG!, im having an OBE!... the room went dark and i foundmyself opening my eyes in the same position i saw my body in when i had the "expiereience"!.. was this an OBE or simply a normal lucid dream triggered by and accidental WILD? i dont really believe too much in OBE's, but this was so strange!".. some opinions would be great thanks |

it would be hard to tell if it were OBE. was your room the same in the OBE as it is in real life if so then yes it was an OBE if not then just lucid!(smile) |

Dear Prudence, won't you come out to play.
Dear Prudence, greet the brand new day.
The sun is up, the sky is blue, it's beautiful and so are you.

If "having an OBE" means you dreamt that you were out of your body, then yes, you did. |

It's almost as though you knew what your room looked like before hand! Amazing! |
