      Lucid, but can't remember.

Does, anyone get lucid, not recall the experience, and have flashbacks during the day, that you were lucid, and still not really remember! Man its happening now, its so annoying.

I can understand you - I get that ALL the time!

Basically I think it's nothing to do with the dream, it's your level of recall. You can have no recall, part recall, total recall and triggered recall.

Triggered recall aounds like what you're describing. Events in your day make you recall part/all of your dream. Sometimes you get several triggers a day, inducing part recall.

It's really annoying, but you can get rid of it by making your recall better.

Yep, agreed! Oh well, even if you might not remember it fully, at least you have the satisfaction of knowing that you might have had one.

All I can remember is telling some group of people that this is a dream. I'm in a bad situation, but I don't know what?

You'll get more triggered recall. You need to become more and more receptive to it as time goes on and the memory gets fainter. You'll need to really be open to and think about the triggered responses.

I've had a few triggered lucid recalls. They were usually from early REM cycles.
